How we work

Plan. Supply. Install. Test. Care.

One point of contact, accountable for every stage — so what was designed is exactly what gets installed, and what gets installed is proven to work.

  1. Engineer’s gloved hands reading a digital manifold gauge

    01 / 05

    Plan

We visit, look at how each room is used, measure, and check insulation, glazing and orientation. From that we calculate the heating and cooling each space needs, plan unit positions, pipe routes, condensate drainage and the outdoor unit location, and confirm the electrical supply.

    What’s included

    • On-site survey and measurements
    • Room-by-room heat-load calculation
    • System design and a fixed, itemised quote

    What you need to do

    • Show us the rooms you want conditioned
    • Tell us how you use each space
    • Share any building, lease or planning constraints you know of

Survey 1–2 hours · quote within a few working days · Typical — varies by project

  2. Outdoor condenser unit neatly installed on wall brackets

    02 / 05

    Supply

We specify equipment sized to the calculation rather than the largest unit that will fit. You will see the exact models in your quote, with their efficiency ratings and warranty terms, and we order once you are happy.

    What’s included

    • Equipment matched to the calculated load
    • Efficient inverter systems
    • Manufacturer warranty registration

    What you need to do

    • Approve the quote and equipment
    • Agree an installation date

Typically 1–3 weeks for equipment, depending on availability · Typical — varies by project

  3. Calm bedroom with a slim white wall-mounted unit

    03 / 05

    Install

We protect floors and furniture, mount units level and secure, route refrigerant pipework and condensate as discreetly as the building allows, and leave the space as we found it.

    What’s included

    • Dust sheets and protected surfaces
    • Neat, concealed pipework where possible
    • Compliant electrical and condensate work

    What you need to do

    • Clear access to the rooms and the outdoor unit position
    • Make power available on the day

  4. Close-up of copper refrigerant pipework being checked

    04 / 05

    Test

Before anything is switched on we pressure test the system, evacuate it, and commission it to the manufacturer’s specification. We check airflow and temperatures, show you the controls and leave you with the documentation.

    What’s included

    • Nitrogen pressure and leak testing
    • Vacuum and commissioning to specification
    • Handover, controls walkthrough and paperwork

    What you need to do

    • Join us for a short handover
    • Keep the paperwork for warranty and servicing

  5. Hand holding a white remote control in a calm living room

    05 / 05

    Care

We walk you through the system and its controls, register the manufacturer warranty and explain the simple care that keeps it efficient. Afterwards we are available for servicing, fault diagnosis, repairs and upgrades — including for systems we did not install.

    What’s included

    • System demonstration and maintenance guidance
    • Manufacturer warranty registration
    • Servicing, repairs and efficiency upgrades

    What you need to do

    • Clean filters as shown at handover
    • Book servicing at the recommended interval

Aftercare & servicing

Looked after, long after.

  • Annual servicing

Cleaning, checks and performance tests to keep the system efficient and protect the manufacturer warranty.

  • Filter care

We show you how to clean filters between visits — usually a five-minute job.

  • Leak checks where required

Some systems have legal leak-check intervals under F-Gas rules. We will tell you if yours does and keep the records.

  • Help when you need it

If something does not seem right, get in touch and we will advise on next steps.
